（中央社記者蘇龍麒、黃麗芸、王朝鈺16日電）第14任總統副總統選舉結果出爐，中國國民黨的「朱玄配」，在藍軍傳統票倉的北北基全面潰敗，與2012年的馬吳配相比，3個縣市就少拿了97萬多票。
民國101年第13任總統、副總統選舉時，代表國民黨的總統馬英九、副總統吳敦義，在新北市拿下124萬5673票；民進黨蔡英文、蘇嘉全搭檔，搶下100萬7551票；至於親民黨宋楚瑜、林瑞雄，僅有6萬5269票。
今年選舉，國民黨總統、副總統則推出朱立倫、王如玄，在新北市拿下70萬9374票；民進黨蔡英文、陳建仁搭檔，則搶下116萬5888票；親民黨總統候選人宋楚瑜，和副總統候選人、民國黨主席徐欣瑩組合，則有25萬2486票。
「朱玄配」的得票數，較2012年的「馬吳配」124萬5673票，少了53萬6299票，「朱玄配」在藍軍傳統票倉的中和區都失守，全市29區僅永和區與新店區贏過當選的民進黨「英仁配」。「馬吳配」2012年在新北市贏了23萬8122票，到2016年的「朱玄配」，則倒輸45萬6514票。
根據台北市選舉委員會資料顯示，「朱玄配」今年在北市僅有54萬6491票；「英仁配」搶下75萬7383票；「宋瑩配」則有15萬3804票。
相較上次大選結果，國民黨今年得票數較2012年的「馬吳配」92萬8717票，減少38萬2226票；民進黨則較上次「蔡蘇配」的63萬4565票，增加12萬2818票；親民黨相比上次的4萬1448票，大增11萬2356票。
北市政治版圖向來藍大於綠，去年9合1地方選舉漸鬆動，這次總統大選民進黨12區得票率均較上次成長；國民黨12區得票數全數衰退，大安藍營鐵票區大失守，僅文山區小贏綠營1657票。
在基隆市選情部分，第13任總統、副總統選舉，「馬吳配」在基隆市拿下12萬8294票；「蔡蘇配」搭檔，搶下7萬9562票；「宋林配」僅有8533票。
這次選舉，「朱玄配」在基隆市拿下6萬8357票；「英仁配」則搶下9萬3402票；「宋瑩配」則有3萬1955票。
綜觀這次總統大選，「朱玄配」在北北基較上次的「馬吳配」狂瀉了97萬8462票，選票除了轉移到「宋瑩配」的約30萬票外，其餘選票幾乎都是鐵票生鏽未投，或是轉向「英仁配」，「朱玄配」在北北基全面潰敗。1050116
